Subsequent charges every 15 min. (£15 per 15mins) (For Emergencies within in one hour a surcharge of £30 will apply) Daily Rates can be negotiated for larger jobs or jobs more that 4 hours. Our engineers carry a general stock of material on board and in most cases don’t use the customers time travelling to Plumbing merchants, however in cases where there may be a breakdown and special parts are needed only then will there be requirements to go to Plumbers Merchants. In this case we have a standard charge of £25 collection no matter how long it takes. (You must take in to account queues in these shops and traffic congestion).
